My name is Nicole D’Alessandro, and I’m here for the ones who are tired of holding it all together.

The high achievers, the over-givers, the ones who built success on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside. The ones who’ve spent a lifetime being what everyone needed them to be — but somewhere along the way, lost sight of themselves.

I know this road because I’ve walked it.

For years, I built success while secretly drowning inside. A burnt-out people pleaser, living out of integrity, shape-shifting into whatever version of me felt safest in the moment — all while holding shame for not being able to ‘fix myself’ when I was the expert.

I was the strong one — until I wasn’t.
I was the high achiever — until the hustle stopped working.
I was the healer — who forgot to heal herself.

It took me falling apart to finally realize — I didn’t need more courage or confidence. I needed to remember who the f*ck I was beneath all the masks.

And this is the work I do now.

I help successful-but-exhausted humans unhook from survival patterns, shed the identities they built to stay safe, and fully embody the version of themselves that’s been waiting underneath it all.
